Class 12 Re Exam New Routine has been released by National Examinations Board (NEB).


Eligibility:

Students from the Class 12 annual examination held in Baisakh 2082 are eligible for the supplementary (chance) exam if they meet any of the following conditions:

  • Appeared as regular candidates (registration numbers beginning with 81) and secured minimum grade D or above in other theory subjects but received NG (Not Graded) in up to two subjects.
  • Secured minimum grade D or above in other theory subjects but were absent in up to two subjects.
  • Secured minimum grade D or above in other theory subjects but received NG in one subject or were absent in one subject.

For candidates appearing in two subjects: appear in the subject with the smaller code number on this day.
Special Rule:
If a candidate is appearing in both Compulsory English (0041) and Compulsory Nepali (0021), they must take Compulsory English (0041) on this day (first day).

For candidates appearing in two subjects: appear in the subject with the larger code number on this day.
Note:
On this day, there will be no examination for Compulsory English (0041).

Important Note:

  • The supplementary (chance) examination will be conducted for only two days. Candidates appearing in only one subject, regardless of the subject, must take the examination on the first day (2082/06/07).
  • The examination for candidates appearing in Compulsory English (0041) will be conducted only on the first day.
  • Candidates appearing in two subjects must take the examination of the subject with the smaller code number on the first day.
  • In the case of candidates appearing in both Compulsory Nepali (0021) and Compulsory English (0041), even though the smaller code number is 0021, they must take Compulsory English (0041) on the first day.
  • Candidates who remain absent from the scheduled examination program will not be given another opportunity.
  • Even in the event of an unexpected holiday, examinations will not be postponed without prior notice from the Examination Control Office.
  • Materials required for the examination such as graph paper, charts, log tables, vouchers, etc., must be brought by the candidates themselves.
  • Carrying mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, or other electronic gadgets inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited. If found with such materials, the examination will be canceled.
  • Candidates must compulsorily arrive at the examination center 15 minutes before the start of the examination and enter the examination hall on time.
  • Candidates must take the examination from the same examination center as previously designated. Details regarding examination centers are available on the board’s website.
  • The examination must be taken only from the prescribed examination center. Center changes are not allowed.
